Weak management with little experience, yet they are given critical decision making responsibilities resulting in motivated employees leaving. Decision making is erratic and unorganized. This company promotes clear favoritism and unfair sex discrimination. Their stock continues on a decline and I think we know why.

Leadership is in a bubble and have you chasing your tail with little to no advancement opportunity unless you’re in the favorites club. There is no consistency in company policy or practices.
