Cons

You work hard and give them your loyalty and they'll toss you out regardless of medical exemption - be found guilty by the EEOC, so they can have the bragging rights for 100% vaccination in employees

Pros

While the msl team is wonderful, they’ve hired a great group of people with a lot of experience in dermatology to launch the new drug. The drug is fantastic. The science is credible.

Cons

Despite hiring those with dermatology experience, those higher up do not seem to know what they’re doing. at the same time they are not listening those who they brought in with all the derm experience to launch a company new to derm.
