Pros

Beautiful campus in Wilmington. Compensation and medical benefits are strong. Promising pipeline and nice people to work with.

Cons

Wilmington tends to be out of the way for several life science hubs. A lot of strong personalities that tend to talk past each other rather than listen to each other. Some benefits are great others such as maternity leave and work from home are lacking. Makes it difficult to recruit top talent.
