      Pros

      Company has good pipeline prospects. There is autonomy in the job. Compensation and benefits are good.

      Cons

      As the company grows, feeling of cohesion gets lost. Politics. Some people have no idea what they do or should do. Teamwork and spirit lacks.

      Pros

      Decent paymasters but very toxic environment with huge egos at the leadership/mgt level. A lot of them do very little to add value to the bottom line and are usually transplants from big pharma looking to milk their last 10-15yrs at this company.

      Cons

      Work culture esp in medical affairs is non inclusive - lot of lip service paid but mgt only bosses people around with little to no direction. Most time spent planning for off site parties, Halloween and year end soirées. Regular team meetings are a joke, half of the time spent discussing family pictures on vacation!

      Pros

      Good salaries, overall package is not fantastic.

      Cons

      Managers are appointed with no proper management training or even skills. Company has no vision and employees are left with no guidance on what to do. Those who have earlier experience on how to get the job done and document it are not listened.
