Lean organizational chart that lends itself to increased responsibility but not leadership or career progression opportunities for development. Very little opportunity for promotions. Toxic at times with a lot of meetings and very little time to get work done during work hours so you are completing on your own time and on the weekends. Lack of consistent 3-5 year planning and HR doesn’t lead calibration. Instead it is boardroom style based on what people who are not familiar with R&Rs making recommendations. The company has grown tremendously and does not keep up with marketplace or customer trends.

Most of the top level management is incompetant, have no work ethics or management experience. If you are good with VP, you get promoted every 6 months, yes every six months. Most of the top managment lacks managment style and unable to give right direction. Hint- Check Incytes share price for last several years and then compare with incompetant managment compensation. Most of technical heads are not even post-graduate/PhD, they are hanging on to jobs simply because merit is not required and for technical knowledge nobody cares. No papers, no research-total incompetance.
