The company is growing aggressively. So there is not a lot of tolerance for the lazy or slow or those who don't like being challenged... Be warned, if you don't have high energy or can't adapt, then this isn't the place for you.

If you like to travel, it's a good gig to have.

Cons

Quotas are out of line. CPC's are creeping higher and higher. If customers are smart, they can segment out their spend and see that Indeed's sponsored jobs offer a high cost per applicant. In terms of promotional opportunities; Indeed Sr Management tends to promote from the outside. They've been known to poach customers for leadership roles, which is terrible for partnerships and morale.
