Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review about working for us. We really appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve as a business. At Indeed, we foster a culture of transparency and open communication. As part of that, we have weekly Q&A sessions with our CEO Chris Hyams who takes the time to answer employees questions. When it comes to bonus we have specific KPIs in our sales departments that are linked to goals and performance. We set clear expectations regarding KPIs and we already inform our candidates about this in the application process. At Indeed we are listening and acting on all the feedback we receive across our external and internal feedback channels, so we appreciate the time you have taken to give us this. If you have any suggestion for us please contact us on inside@indeed.com

Thanks for leaving us a review. We’re sorry you had less than a positive experience during your time with us. We care deeply about our employee experience and we want everyone to feel like they belong and valued for the work they do at Indeed. We strongly encourage employees to not only have frequent 1:1 discussions with their manager, but also participate in our regular CEO Q&A sessions. Through these sessions, employees are encouraged to ask questions and have open discussions on challenges they face at work, along with providing feedback so we can improve the way we work. Your feedback is important to us and we appreciate that you have taken the time to share this with us. If you would like to have a more confidential chat, please email us at inside@indeed.com.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We care deeply about our employee experience and we want our employees to feel valued, especially for the work they do at Indeed. One of our biggest priorities is to champion a culture that values honest and transparent communication and we do this through feedback from employees. We are continuously looking for ways to have conversations, to listen, and receive feedback from employees so we can ensure fairness and equity within the company. In addition to having 1:1 discussions with your manager, it is important to us that you participate in our regular CEO Q&A sessions so your voice is heard and the leadership team is aware of the challenges employees face at work. Through these sessions, employees are encouraged to ask questions and have open discussions on challenges they face at work, along with providing feedback so we can improve the way we work. We appreciate the time you took to share this with us. If you would like to have a more confidential chat, please email us at inside@indeed.com.
