Good company to work for but being promoted is a bit of a political game, not a merit one

Pros

Good culture, great place to work, offices are amazing, not complex sales at all, so can become boring after a while

Cons

management is only chosen between the oldest persons in the company, limit incestuous. Most managers are in the job because they arrived a long time ago, not because they are good Sales org is a bit of a male's club in term of management, they play the Diversity and Inclusion piece but it's better to be a white heterosexual male if you want to be promoted ( even if few women have been recruited in the last two years)

Pros

Selling something that actually help people get jobs is very rewarding. When this solution also is the most cost effective way employers can find it makes it that much more fun.

Cons

As companies grow and get more structured the amount of processes and procedures increase as well. This is true at all companies, Indeed included.
