Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your experience working with us. We're happy to hear that you recommend working at Indeed Tokyo. We always want to recognise our employees for the great work they do, and we want to ensure a clear path of progression for your career. We have standards and processes in place including quarterly reviews and calibrations, and we are constantly working to refine this process so it is as transparent, objective and as equitable as possible. We are aware that there is still work to be done in increasing diversity in some of our teams, and we appreciate the feedback you have given on this. The Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging team is currently working in partnership with HR and senior leaders to develop action plans that will support recruiting and retaining a broad slate of candidates.
