Pros

From day 1, I felt very welcomed and included at Indeed. Their culture of transparency and providing consistent support to their employees wellbeing has undoubtedly set me up for success in my career and to develop my personal growth. While there is a lot of learning about the product and how to explain it in layman terms, Indeed provided a lot of training opportunities and coaching from experienced managers to help you achieve your goals. If you work in Sales, it will be a challenging experience and it's important to be on top of your book of business. However, if you disqualify, manage your time and focus on the clients that want to talk to you and need your help, then you will reach your quota and open a lot of doors for your personal brand as well as expand your network. I learned so much from Indeed, my managers, and peers that hone in on my soft skills so no doubt that it made me more resilient and adaptive to the current environment and more importantly work effectively as a team to reach our goals. Other nice perks include unlimited PTO, work-home balance, work from home allowance and free swag.

Cons

Communication with other teams located in different offices across the globe can lead to delays in getting campaigns started and issues resolved which can be frustrating. Sometimes they ask you to create a ticket again after raising the incorrect one or if there is information missing, you need to start from the beginning in raising a case again. This sort of admin work is unnecessary and adds to an already heavy workload to AEs so if there is a little flexibility introduced to this then it would really drive results faster. When you sell an annual subscription, you can only receive a quarter of the revenue added to your dash each quarter. If the account moves to Growth then the new rep gets the remaining revenue due despite the fact that you closed an annual deal.
