Market rates are now evaluated twice a year and are adjusted as needed to remain competitive in each market we hire in. That said, base salaries are only one component of an employee’s total compensation. All full-time employees are also eligible for quarterly bonuses based on performance and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) of our parent company, Recruit. Many thanks again for your continued feedback.

We appreciate your feedback, however, we're saddened to read your comments about how you felt there was a lack of career progression as well as feeling you were not supported during times that your family needed you.
