We’re happy to hear that you recommend working with us and that overall, you had a positive experience working with us in Bangalore.
It is our priority to make sure we are listening and acting on the concerns and suggestions of employees as well as former employees, as they are the ones who help build us up as a company, and are our biggest and most valuable assets.
We encourage employees to have weekly 1:1’s with their managers to ensure that goals are met as well as have conversations about their career. These discussions should include interest and intentions for internal mobility or any growth opportunities for the employee. We also strongly encourage employees to have 1:1 skip-level manager check-ins if facing problems, as well as to reach out to your HRBP so they are aware and can provide feedback upwards as well.
