      Pros

      Great management of the Covid 19 impact (early lockdown, work from home confirmed until at least July 2021, no redundancies & regular Q&A sessions with CEO & Senior Leadership Team, parts of our bonus were deferred but may still be paid out in Q4) Nobody expects you to work long hours Great culture Lots of learning & training opportunities (e.g. Foundations of Allyship, Unconscious bias or How to influence without authority)

      Cons

      Internal mobility is a lot harder than it looked at first Compensation is not the best out there - especially compared to Sales

      Work hard to get great rewards, work with salespeople that want to help each other and do well, success is celebrated massively regardless of deal size a win is a win

      Cons

      This is very hard to think of and anything that comes to mind would be clutching at straws
