      Great Team and company, bad support and help in market

      Pros

      Amazing Team, great company, the product works well, had support from direct team, people are friendly, lots of fun events and office is fantastic. Helped me grow as a professional.

      Cons

      If not for the amazing people I worked with I would have left much sooner, in high and sight I should of. Management does not listen to the requests from sales to assist in the market, feels like a hamster wheel, gets nowhere with your targets as there is no support. They just don't help even after almost 3 years asking. High metrics of call center vibe.

      Pros

      The work environment is fun and the people you work with quickly become some of your closest friends. There are healthy snacks and drinks in the kitchen and breakfast is provided every morning which is great, as well as lunch every Wednesday. The perks are ultimately top notch.

      Cons

      There is very little room for upward mobility and lack of transparency around quotas can be a bit frustrating.
