Pros

Chill Place to work Great WLB Nice People Unlimited PTO Free Virtual Counseling Effort in DEIB In comparison to other companies it's hard to complain and not sound whiny I would recommend starting your career here as they are very supportive, benefits are truly great, and people are helpful. Just do not stay more than 3 years (4 if you want vesting) - you'll become complacent. If you are more established, good place to come and stay loyal

Cons

Pay can become stagnant Career growth is not directly related to your scope of work (known as a PM, work as a PM, replaced by a PM in old team, still an APM) Business model isn't very innovative Performative leadership (but i guess they try) Works becomes boring after 2 years Since remote work boom, can feel alienating on team Currently with layoffs - morale isn't the best

Pros

- Good compensation and work life balance - Transparent pay and promotions - Super friendly people

Cons

- Morale is super low after the layoffs and some people are definitely starting to drag - Product direction is super aimless. Projects will be prioritized, staffed, and run super aggressively for 6 months to a year only to fizzle out before delivering value and getting deprioritized.

Pros

The people you meet here all work their hardest. No one needs to pick up slack from another because everyone is doing the work they need to do.

Cons

Management seems very disconnected from the workforce. Major changes to pricing an business structure left the sales teams feeling like the company was taking money directly from our pockets. I foresee tough times ahead for the moral of every indeedian when the world's #1 job site has to let 2200 people go. On that same note I don't understand why they have job postings live right now, they just fired 15% of their workforce.
