Great place to work before 2020

Pros

Great place before management over hired right before covid. Great teams, benefits, and work environment.

Cons

As a result of bad management Indeed has now had a yearly mass layoff since 2023. As a jobseeker the product is horrible now too, and the company seems more focused on the AI trend than actually helping people get jobs.

Pros

Great maternity leave and benefits.

Cons

After the merge, leadership threw Glassdoor and Indeed employees together with zero guidance. Indeed Sales had to fully take on the renewal process of Glassdoor without a clue how. Your sales teams NEED RESOURCES. They are like chickens with their heads cut off trying to hit ridiculous targets and don’t even know where to find existing IOs for contracts. As for the CS members you brought over from Glassdoor, don’t push them out. They are the glue holding everything together right now.
