      -Doesn't pay competitively in comparison to their competitors and tech counterparts -No room for growth in the non-hub offices -Hard to move vertically or to a different department/function -Lack of transparency from senior leadership and lack of understanding of the overall challenges that the org and teams face -Lack of action on feedback from employees -Disjointed communication across the organization and departments

As a business we review salaries yearly as part of the merit process and have a dedicated benefits team that are continually adjusting levels based on data and feedback. We launched a global salary project across the business last year to look at our salary ranges across all roles.       The people are great for the most part.

      Cons

      This is a test department and the department needs to figure some things out. The turnover rate is extremely high in this department, most likely because they don't pay the employees well for bringing in millions of dollars per quarter!
