Pros

None that I can think of. Everything is a con. Poor salary, work from home is not allowed, office politics, no vision for the company and so on and so forth.

Cons

Everything about the company is a challenge. Company is not product based. It’s revenue is from the very employees it is hell bent on spoiling the career of. Be ready to sign non-compete agreement before you join and get ready to be sued after you leave the company. Very regressive policy. Work from home not allowed , poor salary, employees on visa are scared not to screw up their immigration status by trying to leave. No training provided.

Pros

Positive direction, Corporate training's, Salary reviews and Career growth. Office culture has changed , New Management has put forward confidence in employees and in turn employees try to give 100% back. All thumbs up for this incredible work!

Cons

None at moment, had major pitfalls in the past due to mismanagement issues . Few people in management had thought to acquire this company which didnt work and were fired from the jobs . Bias management was in the past because of the VP-Sales and consulting and was fired from the job .
