Pros

I am working with ICCG last 4 Years, I like this company work culture. Management allows to take ownership in the project , explore yourself with new ventures and work independently. This is something which i am looking from my employer to explore myself in terms of project and time management. Managers and HR is very helpful to track the workaround other than work.

Cons

Management / HR is always open to talk so there is nothing to say on "CONS'.
