- Leaders that care about you: During my first week, the CEO asked how Index's benefits compared to the company I had come from. He really wanted to know. His response to my input was that he would work with HR to improve the one area which compared unfavorably to my previous employer.
- Recognition oriented. Performance is recognized through newsletters, manager meetings and cash awards. It's really impressive. The CEO literally knows the name of every manager in the organization. It's incredible for him to know everyone..... we are 99,9% remote.
- Compensation is top notch and as Index grows there will be a lot of opportunities here.
Cons
- Indexers work hard. People are respectful of work life balance, but it is not the place for a 40 hour work week if you want to get ahead.
This is the first company I have worked for that lives up to their claim that they have a supportive work environment! Everyone is so nice and willing to assist in any way. You truly feel supported and that you are part of a team that wants you to succeed at your job and in your career. I cannot ask for a better team! I am honored to be able to call them my colleagues.
Cons
I have not experienced anything negative with working for Index.
