- Incredible amount of PTO - Great retirement plan - Fantastic coworkers

Cons

- Salaries are significantly lower than market average - Poor leadership - Areas are understaffed and cause increased workloads that detract from core responsibilities

In my time at LINGUIST List, the team was small but everyone worked well with one another.

Cons

The organization is often underfunded due to university cut backs. This can leave the team spread thin.
