Pros

Able to schedule around classes, decent pay considering the level of work, awesome people to work with (if they know what they're doing), different stuff to do almost each shift.

Cons

Once you're scheduled for the semester, it's difficult to adjust the schedule, so plan ahead. You can get people to cover your shift if you're lucky, but overall you'll have a rough time. The politics in the workplace between different positions can grow tense as the semesters go on. Lack of specific training before being put on the job means you'll be learning as you're serving food.

Pros

Excellent team work from all associates and co-workers. Laid back environment but hypes up for the tours and seasonal events. Happy people and helpful to train. An adult environment.

Cons

Uhm, I guess if you aren't an extrovert you wouldn't like it. But extroverts don't apply, so it works great. I didn't have any cons.

Very supportive culture. Senior level employees really wanted to help interns learn. Great school-work-life balance.

Cons

No cons. Great place.
