      Pros

      IU fosters an education second to none. I enjoy the opportunity to work with students from all walks of life and use what I've learned throughout life to make a difference in their lives.

      Cons

      Emotions and societal intolerance have become the norm for many young adults and it's been quite a challenge to try and navigate through a plethora of perspectives. It's ok to have opinions students, but they should not be harmful.

      Pros

      Working for a university allows you to have a beneficial impact on many lives. The greatest "pro" of working for Indiana University is the opportunity to work with students and positively impact their future.

      Cons

      Entry level positions are certainly underpaid, which is especially frustrating and underlined by key university players making well over $500K per year. Promotions and opportunity for advancement can seem far and few between.
