Pros
pay, atmosphere, coworkers, employer support. It was a great environment to work in, and my supervisor was very encouraging of employees taking on new responsibilities and tasks. Good hourly rate for the position, as well (although this isn't necessarily true of all jobs).
Cons
stressful work situations, many positions strictly part-time. It would have been nice to have been able to extend a great part-time position into full-time, but that option was not available.
