      Pros

      Many good professors; lots to learn in a variety of different subjects. The Science programs are all pretty good and the instructors generally know what they're talking about

      Cons

      Some department heads/advisors can be difficult to work with at times or unavailable. Since there is a small number of students compared to a more traditional school, some of the more upper-level classes are not offered as much.

      Pros

      Really depends on the instructor you are assisting with but this position provides a great opportunity for graduate students who would like to go on to a Ph.D. Really good pay

      Cons

      Not many cons except that you are busy with school work at the same time that you have to grade a lot of student work (but this is expected).
