Pros

Working within finance if that is for you. Created and monitored budgets for several pediatric programs and helped them submit grant proposals for financial support of their projects. Working conditions were good and I was able to work from home one to two days a week when I was there. I was promoted once pretty quickly and had more opportunity for growth, but didn't want to stay in finance.

Cons

The work was a bit isolating. The job also varies between which departments you serve so this job could change drastically between departments and supervisors.
