      Pros

      Paid time off is more than any private company I've encountered. Working at a public university and its students gives a level of flexibility. I work with great colleagues!

      Cons

      Pay is slightly lower than private sector, but benefits make up for it. Bureaucracy can get in the way of decision making.

      Bloated middle management and upper administration routinely demonstrated malfeasance. More than cream rises to the top at IU-B.
