      Pros

      Working for a university allows you to interact with a variety of individuals on a daily basis and become familiar with a breadth of information, on the job. I would highly recommend university employment.

      Cons

      The cons are few but include lower pay. However advancement is available and highly sought after. Additionally it can sometimes be overwhelming when surrounded by such lively events and students.

      1. Very large and beautiful campus 2. Very good international service 3. Open and good academic environment 4. helpful advisor 5. international environment and collaboration

      Cons

      1. The ranking of the university is not very high 2. It is located in a small town so you don't have many access to big city 3. You need to go to another city Indianapolis to take the flight so it is not convenient 4. The salary is not very high

      easy job, can bid on shifts and sub away shifts in case of emergency, no work pressure, just need to fulfill some regular lab duties.

      Cons

      less no. of hours, no scope of learning.
