Awesome people,both coworkers and clients Working the games means being at all the awesome IU Hoosier games Great place to learn and expand your skillset

Cons

The pay is low for the IT industry IT is, obviously, not a focus of the business so often you are asked for miracles with little upper support Not a ton of places to move up within the department but this is mitigated by opportunities in other IT departments on campus

Pros

pay, atmosphere, coworkers, employer support. It was a great environment to work in, and my supervisor was very encouraging of employees taking on new responsibilities and tasks. Good hourly rate for the position, as well (although this isn't necessarily true of all jobs).

Cons

stressful work situations, many positions strictly part-time. It would have been nice to have been able to extend a great part-time position into full-time, but that option was not available.
