Pros
I started working here as a freshman in college for my work study. All of the admissions staff is so welcoming and friendly. You go though training for a few weeks in the beginning, so you are well prepared for the job. The staff is so understanding when the student employees need to take off work for exams or going home. Best job.
Cons
Regardless of performance, you cannot get a raise because its work study. Not really in Admissions control, but still a downside.
