Better the devil you know?

Pros

Benefits are okay in comparison to what else is out there. Good library. People who stay a long time seem to think it's better the devil they know, not because they like it.

Cons

The administration is tone deaf and self serving. The university is becoming more and more difficult to navigate--complex procedures are more time-consuming and frustrating than any I have ever encountered, and I have worked at larger organizations. Focus is on producing corporate drones, not on education.
