      Pros

      A reputable university with large medical research facility. A lot of people with good expertise in their area. Relatively good location.

      Cons

      Researches are driven by NIH funding in the field of the biology and medical genetics. The university don't have much chances due to the reputation and scale.

      Great flexible job to have as a student

      Pros

      Given that it's a parttime university job, they're very flexible when it comes to what hours you can and can't work. It's also easy to sub out shifts in case you get overloaded.

      Cons

      Job can be boring and unchallenging at times. Little room to advance if you want to stay here.
