Pros

Great people nice campus to work on IUPUI

Cons

Little pay, benefits are poor, they continue to cut benefits and give extremely poor raises, no way to improve but leave which they are more than willing to let (even the most experienced and dedicated people) do.

Pros

The students here are generally good. The campus is a nice place to walk around. It seems safe to walk around campus. There are a number of people that are truly good teachers and researchers here.

Cons

Certain races and gender are discriminated against in some departments. Some academic dishonesty cases are ignored. Salary raises are not implemented fairly. MBA students are privileged and the deans office let's you know it by strongly suggesting grade inflation. If you do certain favors for certain administrators, you can get promoted.
