      Great people, great job, lousy pay and benefits

      Pros

      The students, faculty, and staff are all great. Everyone's friendly and there's good energy between colleagues. You know that you are doing valuable work and helping people.

      Cons

      The pay is not enough to live on, and there are no benefits. Since the work is on an as-need basis, you can't rely on regular income in any case.

      Great resources that lack the communication and compensation

      Pros

      It's about making a difference in students life and helping them build their professional career through academics, leadership, training and professional development.

      Cons

      The compensation doesn't compare or even close to other employers who are in academia. There is a lack of communication between the management and employees that can cause issues.

      Pros

      I completed the MSIS Program. The program provided some excellent networking and learning opportunities. They were also active in helping students to find jobs.

      Cons

      I would split the program into specialities, which already seems to be happening. Security and Java coding, for example, were required classes, but they were not useful to me.
