Flexibility in schedule and PTO.

Cons

Overworked and unit deems position as highly replaceable, so will do nothing to change it. Underpaid for experience and education required. Cost of living is high in Bloomington. Career advisors are paid 10k to 20k more and are not buried in work year round, so go that route. Each unit is extremely different so experiences vary.
