Leadership is ineffective, weak, and unskilled. Serious lack of organizational management skills. Red flag is how many skilled and competent people keep leaving. Pay is low. Leadership is not open to hearing from employees how things could be better. Leadership uses the strategy of isolating people to silence them. Leadership is insecure and incompetent. Multiple partner organizations are getting annoyed with the incompetence of Polis Center. Employee burnout is high; people who do the real work are overworked and have to work nights and weekends to make up for the incompetence of leadership.
