      Good pay for a small town market -- you'd have to want to live here to work here.

      Wasn't provided support, encouragement, or proper guidance to be successful. Wasn't given any professional respect at exit interview or provided information regarding rationale or shortcomings. Everyone in the office is on edge and doesn't want to say the wrong thing. Not given proper tools to do the work in an efficient manner. Everyone knows it in private, keeps their head down, and looks for other jobs -- people are leaving left and right. Was held in tribunals within my first month with no grace or help. Complete f@sc*sm. Avoid at all costs.
