Pros
- i truly loved many of my co-workers. that was the only benefit i got from this job.
Cons
- terrible pay! after taxes and fees, i was taking home less than $1k per paycheck (bi-weekly) and i have a bachelor's degree + over 4 years of customer service experience. - yelled at/ belittled by people daily (mainly entitled parents) - days were painfully long because i usually didn't have much to do, but no exceptions had to be in office 5 days a week for 8 hours a day. - you have to pay to park there and it's not cheap, so that's another chunk taken out of an already low salary.
