Pros

Great pay and benefits. Good flexibility in terms of remote/hybrid work. My team was amazing, and I loved nearly everyone I worked with. The Carbon team, especially engg, is an absolute powerhouse.

Cons

In my one year and two months with Indigo, the company went through two rounds of layoffs and a furlough. People had to move at unreasonable speeds with limited resources to keep up with leadership's impossible expectations. I understand that carbon ag is a new and developing industry, and we are absolutely producing a high quality product, but you need to make sure that your team is 100% happy with the process and the back end before you move forward with new projects.

Pros

Employs a wide array of experts in their respective fields. Great benefits.

Cons

Disconnect between leadership and the employees at large. Employees don’t understand what roles and responsibilities are within other teams, or even individuals within the same team, are.
