The leadership at the company is very transparent and keeps everybody aware of company news and priorities. The company is rapidly growing and the onboarding team does a great job of teaching new employees about the company's many offerings and the agriculture industry. The whole team has been very welcoming even though I joined during the pandemic. It has been great to work alongside kind, passionate co-workers on meaningful projects.
