      Founders are hands-on and present every day; transparency--we are presented with our growth numbers each month along with product roadmaps and company challenges/hurdles; team commitment to success--everyone is here for the right reasons and with the same goals; diversity of employees; teams are responsive, even after-hours; catered lunches every week; social fun / team off-sites; clients love us.

      We're growing so much that it's hard to keep up with all the new faces + continue delighting customers during waves of heavy workload.

      Pros

      I really like the team of people co-founders Mike Furlong and Adam Bratt have assembled combined with the leadership of Paige Drews (Head of Sales) in our Austin office. This company has a great product and offers excellent earning potential for sales reps. Most importantly, as the company grows there will be room for advancement.

      Cons

      A lot is expected of you (although that's not necessarily a bad thing). This is a growing company where the product is always improving and as a result the working environment is fast-paced. Then again, when you have a tight group of employees all looking in the same direction its residue is team camaraderie.
