A great place for starting your career
Pros
The company culture asked and force you to be independent and a team player in the same time. It was nice because you are formed to be a tough person. Just thinking you are life in the laboratory and have a lot of practice. There are lot of thing you can play with and learning how to use it. You also pushed to have a multitasking skill (seriously, when you are leaving this company, you can work in more various field and you will be rated higher than other job candidates)
Cons
I make a decision to left my job and drop my title as MT. If you are asking me WHY? The answer is i want to pursue my dream and looking for another better career opportunity. Indofood is a good company, trust me, but as a fresh graduate student it was really hard to get a good transfer knowledge process. You MUST be an independent and MUST active to asking a question. But in the other side, your mentor will not answer your question, and somehow putting your self in harder situation. I know it's a good learning process, but with an abstract KPI (key performance index) from the company, it was really hard for me to measure how far i can adapt with this company. For a cry baby person, this place was really suited for you to train your mental. Wait? Is this a cons or a pros? I left it into your judgment dear my reader :) Ps. i almost forgot, in my placement place, the team work and team communication was really really bad, you must adapt with lot of 'gen x'. It will be better if they are welcoming you, but if its not ... you can guess the answer
