Pros

Great coworkers and work culture as a wholes.

Cons

Disconnected management. Compensation is low for what you do and how much support makes from contracts. Competitive toxic culture rather than collaborative.

Pros

Amazing company. Best group of employees I’ve worked with hands down. Everyone is amazing and willing to help.

Cons

Job growth in this role is stagnant, and management seems uncertain about their direction. Even moving up the roles it isn’t worth the low raise in wages. Support department looks to be lacking compared to the culture of others within the same company. Seniority is not valued.

Cons

Feedback from direct managers can steer you in the wrong process.
