Pros
I am working for InductiveHealth for almost a year but it feels more like years working with such an outstanding team of developers and software engineers to exchange knowledge with! No secrets during the company monthly meetings, sharing and learning about the new contracts/projects and also meet greet the new professional hires! Leadership team are working side by side and such a great mentor and available anytime if needed.
Cons
I had a resource to recommend for a position and learned that there is limitations to hire for business from California state. They are working on having more flexibility and include CA. in the near future.
