colleagues, easy money, minimum work and Incentives ( that will bite you later when you try to change your job )

Cons

Toxic work culture, Directors can't digest logics but yeah boot-licking shall work. Limited learning & no growth. Lazy team leads with minimal leadership qualities. Directors has no vision for the company, one sleeps after lunch and another one browse facebook all day. No appreciation, no respect for your work. Job is all about conning and stealing information.
