I started my position, and after a mere two weeks, it became apparent that they deemed me overqualified and lacked sufficient tasks to engage me. Regrettably, this led to a situation where my time, emotions, and efforts were squandered. It was disheartening to have undergone the application and onboarding processes, only for the organization to realize the redundancy of the role. This departure from the role after such a short duration felt highly unethical. Throughout my brief tenure, I consistently felt like an outsider and couldn't help but ponder the reasons behind it. This experience painted the company and its personnel in a negative light for me. Potential employees beware of this pattern and don't get attached or apply to a position or a company where you're highly disposable.
