Not a bad place to work, depending on who your boss is

Pros

The company has little events every few months where they bring in a food truck and buy lunch for everyone. The Christmas party was very nice. Most employees are very friendly and they pay well for office positions.

Cons

Depending who your direct report is, you may hate your job. If you work under the one of the two owners who is a walking HR nightmare, you'll want to quit immediately.
