Top company in power device market, many things to learn and colleagues are helpful to share knowledge. Very promising back in recruiting market after +3 years experience at infineon. Top work life balance

Cons

Wage is average as engineer. Job responsibility is restricted to only a few areas, you do not get a bigger picture if you do not try hard to. But i guess that is a common thing for big companies.
