-Good environment indeed. -Good atmosphere, nice colleagues that willing to share knowledge.

Cons

-Pretty low starting salary, if by using 7% increment of salary / year to forecast the future salary, it will be extremely hard to survive in the future.

I really enjoyed the people working here, pace is good and moderate, environment is nice, with cafe, development (though slow) and a lot of training opportunities. Good security and emphasis on working through systematically.

Cons

If you have no patience on processes follow up, then it's not good for you. Else, it's typically German way, structured or they at least wish to have proper processes.
