      1. Systematic approached of work. 2. Excellent work life balance, no phone call on weekend. 3. German culture, everything is well covered to ensure projects will move smoothly. 4. Reasonable annual increment and bonus.

      Cons

      1. Too many staffs who work more than 15-25 years. chances of promotion is low. 2. No operation in Singapore. All operations have moved to Batam, Malacca and China. 3. To reduce operation cost, travel allowance, transport and hotel allowance have been cut.
